Overview
Portfolio pulse: what is stuck and what is moving across flats.

Your team runs Company Desk on the web portal — and soon on the Desk Android app. Flatmates use the Flatmate Android app. On iPhone for now, they can use Telegram.
Reception runs the day-to-day. Company managers own subscription, staff and standards.
What reception sees every shift on Company Desk.
Portfolio pulse: what is stuck and what is moving across flats.
Chores, Away, bookings and shared costs — flatmates handle the day-to-day; reception steps in when needed, including new bookable spaces.
Open a unit or a building and act without leaving Desk — including extra bookable spaces.
Per-unit cockpit: flatmates, rooms, chores, bookings and bookable spaces, skip/reassign, messages, and onboarding.
Every flat starts with TV and kitchen. Staff can add more from the flat Bookings view when the company already wants the space live — no ticket. That is the fast path when reception decides, not a flatmate self-publish.
Buildings or campuses, onboarding codes, and site-level operations.
Flatmate tickets land with your reception. A new chore or a new shared space is a ticket you can edit, accept, or decline.
Tickets from flatmates to reception — mainly from the Flatmate app. A new chore or a new shared space lands here too.
When a flatmate proposes a PlayStation, a washer, or anything else the flat shares, Inbox opens a booking ticket with the form filled in. They pick a picture that fits — a game controller for a PlayStation. Edit the name, the picture, or the hours, then Accept (it becomes bookable) or Decline with a comment they can read. You can also add the resource on the flat with no ticket when the company already wants it.
When a flatmate proposes a chore, the inbox opens a ticket with the name, the picture, and whether it is a turn or a weekly duty. Edit those, then Accept (it goes live on that flat) or Decline with a comment they can read. You can also add the chore on the flat with no ticket when the company already wants it.
